Started as a nice experience, the girl at the reception was very nice, the place looked interesting. The owner was the one to give me the haircut. I asked for a bob cut, but she wanted to do layers and showed me a haircut she did to the girl at the reception, I went with it but when she said she was done I didn't like the result and wanted to improve it, and I communicated it honestly and directly, but definitely not disrespectfuly. The hairdresser then left the room. She came back after a few minutes and again I tried to explain what I'd like to improve. Then she just said "I don't like your energy, get out". Carrie did an amazing job, my hair has never looked better or healthier. I loved the fact it was a dry cut and she was able to shape with my natural curls. Loved her complete honesty with how much of my hair needed to go. She was incredibly welcoming and was able to do my hair as I walked in! Her enthusiasm for her son was also absolutely adorable. The receptionist is also stunningly gorgeous with a very cute hat. Couldn’t have loved the staff more! I was surprised by the negative experience I had, having read so many positive reviews on here, which prompted me to go. My haircut lasted 20 minutes, the hairdresser didn’t wash or even wet my hair before cutting, and kept talking about how dry and damaged it was. Not the confidence boost I was expecting after reading the reviews - maybe she was having a bad day?
