Guatemala Trip 2019 Semana Santa excellent and high quality service that as a company A la carte tour provides from the quoting to the the trip-destination. During my stay in Guatemala I had the opportunity to use the personalized transport service since I had already decided places to visit. To different locations and I have to emphasize that both drivers showed professionalism and excellent customer service at all times we travel with comfort and and safety. Both were excellent drivers , very punctual ,safe drivers; which made our experience enjoyable, with a high quality service !! the SUV that they offered us for our transfers, was perfect for long trips and comfort. Did a walking tour of Antigua. Very informative and guide was knowledgeable. Some sales pressure especially at the jade place. Other than that I enjoyed the tour and learned about the history.

The next day I did another tour I f villages surrounding Antiqua. Very interesting and got to get a taste of village life. Again there was sales pressure at times, but need to keep in mind that these people are recovering from lack of income during Covid shutdown.

There were three of us on this tour. A bigger car would have been nice. 3 in the backseat was cramped.
