Do not feed the cow. You will only promote seeing us tourists as the ones to be milked. Because of your appearance, they will charge you different prices than the locals. You may justify it as ( it is normal; it is what tourism required; it is participating in the economy), but for human equality, it does not. Give your dollars, as I did, to the one who needs them in that street freely, but please, as your peer, don't promote those behaviors. You will have other...

Arguably the most beautiful of all the ruins in Antigua. I felt like I was the only person here as I walked throughout the property. Amazing views from the upper levels, was able to see Volcan Fuego burping smoke!! The museum and library were interesting and informative. Cute little booth spaces in the library, overlooking the grounds. A serene, relaxing place to spend a few hours....

This place can inspire faith. Never in my life have I felt more connection to the Catholic faith than I did here. Living in the states, I am very used to white Jesus, and have never really felt a connection with white Jesus. Here, they have many faces of Jesus. Also, the gardens are beautiful and filled with powerful energy. There were many vendors, and an...

Very interesting ruins. The entry is 20qtz wich is an okay price i would say. The best part of it is the view tho you get when you go to the library. You can take some very nice pictures of fuego, acatenango and agua. If you just want to see some good ruins i would say you go the the ones right next to the museum for colonial art right next to the central plaza.

I was very confused. I saw more than just a museum. There was also an impressive church and a chapel. The museum costs $5 or Q.40. I spent in those paid and free spaces a few hours and took lots of pictures. I found there lots of interesting or just beautiful things/artifacts. At that time, there were multiple loud shots to honor/celebrate St. Hermano Pedro.

The last time i was in antigua was over 40 years ago. The streets were empty hardly any cars or bikes. Not its to crouded and turned into camercialized nightmere. Used to be very pleasent to walk the streets and not worry to get run over. Lots if new places and still most of the old places still there.
