No matter the time — whether it was 3 AM or 2 PM — my requests were met promptly and with a smile. Their round-the-clock responsiveness made me feel incredibly well taken care of.

I was supposed to stay here for a week on a business trip (booking made by my company), but I had to cut my stay short to 4 days because of the experience. • From day one, I was told I would be moved to a better room, but for three days the answer was always “no rooms available.” • The room I was given had no window, and the AC was not working properly, sometimes it cooled, other times it kept auto-resetting. There was no fan either. Despite raising the issue, nothing was fixed, which made the nights uncomfortable and impacted my work the next day. • Breakfast buffet options for vegetarians were very limited. • Only after my company’s travel desk raised a cancellation request did the staff offer another room with a better view, but by then I had already decided to move to a guest house.
