Arbor Brewing Company is out regular friendly neighbourhood watering hole. Be it casual (but swift) lunches, a quick drink with colleagues, for a more serious chat on work, ABC as we fondly call it, has been there for us. I still do not understand the love me and my colleagues have for ABC, be it the proximity, the food or their choice of drinks, it has always been a place where we make wonderful memories. We usually settle down with a couple of drinks and apart from the popular handcrafted brews, my personal favourites would be the Watermelon Cooler, and the staple Virgin Mojito and Bloody Mary. It is something that I enjoy almost in every visit.

When it comes to food, what they serve is the all american comfort pub grub. They have something for everyone, if you just want to much on some appetisers with your drink and move away or if you want to move over to the mains, they have it all.

I am not going to tell you about the usual staple of french fries, chilli cheese garlic bread or onion rings, which they do very well. I must tell you the off beat stuff which they are famous for. For starters, how about sweet potato fries, these chunky version are served with a slightly spicy sauce that makes up for the mild sweetness you get from the sweet potato. It is a highly recommended, must have to start your meal. And so is the Turkish Lamb Kebab and the Spinach and Artichoke Dip, served with home made tortilla chips.

By The Way, you must know that almost all accompaniments with your starters are made right here at the restaurant and is not the processed store bought stuff. It's made right here and very fresh.

For mains you can always order their range of thin crust pizzas, which are an absolute favourite and so is their Baked Mac and Cheese baked with Cheddar, Mozzarella and Parmesan.

If you get past their appetisers, mains and still have space for some sweet craving, ABC's dessert menu is simple, but wide. Be it the red velvet cake, Tiramisu, and Chocolate Mousse, you always end with a sweeter note.

Raging Elephant - came here to taste this one. IBU is 80 but I didn't feel the bitterness. Not too complex in flavor but it grew on me as I had more and more.

Beach shack - seasion IPA. Citrusy but not too much to cloud the bitterness. Enjoyed this one.

Green earrings - rye beer. Has a distinct chemical aroma. Has a strong cinnamon clove spice flavor. And the chemical smell is overpowering.

Bangalore bliss - Hefeweizen. Very refreshing. Perfect for a day out in the Sun. Can keep drinking this one.

Smooth criminal - honey ale. I smelled the honey immediately. And the honey taste stays in your mouth. Has a complex taste with different layers. Not sure I can drink a lot of this beer.

Phat abbot tripel - Belgian tripel. Warm alcohol taste and aroma. You would liked it if you like tripel. The alcohol flavor is overpowering. High abv ..if you want to drink Irish whiskey but need to drink a beer this is it.

No parking - beautiful golden pilsner. True to traditional pilsner. Incredible aroma of what a beer should smell like. Simple, one layer but delivers what it promises. Crisp And leaves your palate as it arrives so you have place to enjoy the other foods. This is a beer you drink with bar food and friends.

Ruby lane - bartender was kind to give me this to taste. Aroma was quite appealing with fruity and spicy intriguing layers. Taste - no. I am not into sour beers. Sorry it was quite revolting for me. I had to get a couple of bites of the amazing tacos to get back to level. Not sure why sour beers exist.
