KFC — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I will prefer you not to visit this place at all you can get sick . I went on this Wednesday paid almost 700 for their Wednesday meal and I got this much quantity only , the fries and food was not fresh they were cold . I always take the 700 ruppees bucket and my stomach get full for 2 person but here the quantity was less . I think food inspector should visit the store and see what’s going on there because it was very horrible in taste . I felt the chicken was very old it was not fresh and clean it tastes really bad and after eating I felt very bad taste in my mouth after taste was horrible . The place was dirty the table floor everywhere food was their uncleaned very very unhygienic The staff was very rude he didn’t understand Hindi , and they look they don’t bother much about customer . The place was very dirty I felt very nasty and unhygienic while eating food also they never turn on the AC it’s very hot inside their the staff is on their own world I don’t understand what was going on their business after this I don’t know if I am having kfc again or not I think this store need to...

Food that they provide here are not that fresh and very poor quality compared to other KFC's. I suggest everyone to ask for bill and take it. As they didn't give me a bill for paying even after asking repeatedly they said we have missed your bill, we will provide you another bill and they provided me a token of some other customer where the orders were different and on questioning that they started explaining some irrelevant things and acted like searching for bill and i knew there was something fishy and I asked for the bill again and later the executive said ma'am your bill is 447 but by mistake we have charged you 470 and he returned me 30/- but didn't give the bill.... kindly be aware of such people and who ever is incharge of this outlet kindly look into this

I am very unhappy with the way the KFC team treated us after we placed a dine-in order at the KOT machine located at the entrance. We received confirmation of our order at 10:27 PM, and according to Google, the outlet is open until 11 PM. However, the person handling the orders informed us that we either had to take our order to go or accept a refund, as they would not allow us to dine in since it was already 10:30 PM.

We were there as a family and requested multiple times to be allowed to dine in, but the staff treated us poorly and refused our request. This experience was very disappointing, and we felt unwelcome and disrespected. We hope KFC management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service...
