⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4 out of 5 stars)
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Daily Sushi, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience that left me craving for more. The combination of delightful service, delectable food, and pleasant ambiance made my visit truly unforgettable.
🍣 Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4 out of 5 stars)
The food at Daily Sushi is good but not extremely top-notch. The variety of sushi rolls and sashimi offered on their menu is impressive, and the presentation of each dish was a work of art. The ingredients tasted fresh and were skillfully prepared by the talented chefs. While most of the items were delightful, there were a couple of rolls that didn't fully meet my expectations. However, the overall dining experience was enjoyable with few hiccups, which were looked after by Roman the ARM.
🏮 Ambiance: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4 out of 5 stars)
The ambiance of Daily Sushi was delightful and inviting. The restaurant featured a modern yet cozy interior, creating a warm and comfortable setting inside and cold breezy one one the outside. The dim lighting added to the intimate atmosphere, making it perfect for a date night or a relaxing dinner with friends. However, at times, the noise level did rise ( the outside patio which is just next to the bustling street traffic) , which slightly affected the overall dining experience. Nonetheless, the overall ambiance was pleasant, and I felt immersed in the dining culture.
🕊️ Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 out of 5 stars)
The service at Daily Sushi was undoubtedly the highlight of my visit. The staff was attentive, courteous.I appreciated the friendly demeanor of our server, who made us feel like valued guests throughout the evening. The attention to detail and the personalized touch in the service truly made a lasting impression. I would like to thank all the staff from the service staff: Raja,Ashikar, Angel, Aring, Lungbi, Kripa, Kenedish, Jagadish, Bhim and Akhil. The Chefs: Bishal, Suraj, Khagendra and Khagil.
In conclusion, Daily Sushi is a remarkable sushi place that delivers an outstanding dining experience. From the delectable food to the warm and welcoming ambiance, every aspect of the restaurant is meticulously crafted to ensure an unforgettable meal. The service, in particular, sets this place apart, with the staff going above and beyond to make guests feel special. Thanks to Roman for his lovely gesture of Salmon Uramaki rolls.
While a couple of dishes might not have hit the mark perfectly ( Pork Galbi and Sushi rolls where the rice was just breaking apart) , the overall experience deserves a solid four out of five stars. I highly recommend Daily Sushi ( ITPL) to all sushi enthusiasts and those seeking a memorable...
Read moreThe newest extension of Daily Sushi is now in ITPL, in Namma Whitefield. This brand new space has a huge seating capacity and is on the 2nd floor with an added option of an outdoor seating deck, perfect for the breezy days of summer with sushi rolls sipping Yuzu Ade.
Daily Sushi as most would know specializes in, well, Sushi, but predominantly the authentic Japanese version along with the Korean Gimbaap or kimbap with the obvious different being the Korean version usually contains cooked ingredients as opposed to raw, and hence the rice is seasoned with sesame oil and not vinegar.
With those obvious differences sorted, let's jump right into the Rainbow Hosomaki that I dug into, first. Hosamaki are usually rolled thinner than regular sushi, and are usually made with just one filling making it a perfect choice for bringing out the rainbow colours, the 12 pcs were a good portion to share amongst the table.
Next I savoured the Asparagus Tempura Maki Roll in Uramaki or the Inside Out style, where the nori sheet is not covering the rice, it is the other way around. The nori is actually in the center, the asparagus was a perfect choice, beautifully crisp and nicely chopped into the rice and I thoroughly enjoyed it, more than the hosomaki. Eight pcs of this delicious serving was not sufficient as we wanted more.

Read moreDaily Sushi in ITPL, right across from Prestige Shantiniketan Mall and Tech Park, is a haven for Japanese cuisine enthusiasts. This restaurant, with its specialization in Sushi and a variety of Korean and Asian dishes, brings authentic flavors to the heart of Bangalore.
We started with their Nigiri Sushi Platter and Gunkan Maki Roll Platter. Each piece was crafted with care; the fish was tender and fresh, and the sushi felt made with love. For starters, we tried the Chicken Yuringi, a standout dish featuring a large piece of deep fried chicken on a bed of salad, topped generously with chopped chilies. Pouring soy sauce over it and diving in was a delight! The Chicken Gyoza dumplings, steamed and pan-roasted with a thin crisp layer, were fancy and flavorful, paired perfectly with soy sauce.
For the main course, we ordered the Chicken Ramyun served with kimchi, a hearty, filling dish with plenty of sliced chicken and a half boiled egg, adding depth to the meal.
Dessert offered two unique options, and we tried both, ending the meal on a satisfying note. The ambiance is clean and modern, with white furniture and neon lit walls creating a lively vibe. The staff was attentive and helpful, making the dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
