Chaayos Cafe at Falcon City — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I am writing to share my recent experience at your outlet. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The tea quality was very poor. Despite paying over ₹300 for two cups of tea, the taste was not up to Chaayos’ usual standards. On one visit, after taking just a sip, we had to request a remake because it was undrinkable. The service experience was also unsatisfactory. Instead of serving two proper cups of tea (as ordered), the staff combined both into one cup and gave an extra empty cup. This looked careless and unprofessional. On a previous visit as well, the tea was substandard. That time we did not ask for a remake, but we shared our feedback with the staff. Unfortunately, the quality has not improved.

Chaayos is known for its customized chai and good service, but such experiences reduce trust in the brand. If customers are paying a premium for tea, they expect both taste and service to match.
