Recently, I organized a gathering for approximately 40 people and decided to order food based on online reviews. The owner was exceptionally polite and took the time to explain the menu thoroughly. Following his recommendation, I ordered 160 rotis along with mixed veg and dal to cater to our needs. The ordering and payment process went smoothly over the phone, and the food was delivered to our location on time, neatly packed in disposable containers. While the quality and taste of the food were satisfactory, I found the quantity of both the mix veg and dal to be inadequate. Surprisingly, they ran out with still around 10-12 guests remaining, despite having more than half of rotis left. Upon contacting the owner regarding this issue, he offered to arrange additional dal and vegetables, albeit with a two-hour delay. Given the urgency of the situation, I had no choice but to order additional food from Swiggy to avoid any embarrassing predicaments. Appalled at the behaviour of their owner Ayushman. I work at MG Road and he had assured to deliver my lunch today. We had a lengthy discussion and agreed on begining the cycle of ordering from them about 5 times a week, starting today.

However, when I called him today, he told me he was in Noida and couldn't instruct his staff to ready the food for delivery. I found it quite weird.

Nonetheless, I texted him again in the afternoon to let me know about tomorrow, no response. Again called him in the evening and the call went unanswered.

I have been taking lunch and dinner from Meenu di kitchen for more than 2 months. I am a senior citizen and explained to Aayushmaan the kind of food I will be able to digest. He has given me food just as requested, less oil and no chillies. Any requests other than this have been followed, giving me great satisfaction in eating the food provided.
