Keventers — Restaurant in Gujarat

It was the worst experience..I went there with my friends and asked for a sundae, it turned out to be terrible in taste n how it looked it was completely different from the picture and what the waiter out there described. My friend 1st told them that the chocolate ice cream didn't taste only like chocolate ice cream becoz they had said dark chocolate ice cream and they gave some other ice cream only, then we tasted it and it didn't taste gud at all so I went up to the guy and told him it was really bad in taste and in case he could do something about it or just make a milkshake out of it by adding some chocolate syrup or dark chocolate ice cream as was promised to us, I was standing there for 5mins just asking him to do something and he just said no at first and then he just stood there ignoring me while I was talking to him n asking him. The behavior of the people in the navaranpura area keventers place was pathetic, rude, hurtful and disgraceful. Ultimately I threw the sundae in front of the waiter in the Dustbin but it just never made any difference to those stone hearted people. I feel such a good brand should take care of their customers and should remove such people out of their shop who are ruining the brands reputation. I have never faced such a problem in Mumbai but only at this particular place in Ahmedabad navaranpura area the people serving were so bad that they didn't care about...

I like this space specifically for the Quality of Food they provide.

They have their own state-of-art variety of shakes and energy drinks. Their shakes will simply turn on your taste buds. Especially the Kaju Anjeer AND Strawberry one's are heaven !! And if you have a ice-cream scope on it then it will be cherry on cake.

One must try out their shakes once a while. Also, the sundaies are supper cool and delicious.

They ambience is pretty dusty and dusky. Yet no offence they have invested a lot into it.

They service is 5 on 5.

Value for money quotient is 5 on 5 (as you can take away the shake bottle with you after finishing it).

Seating arrangement could've been better if they have prepared it thoughtfully. 2 options are there Indoor as well outdoor. U preferred the indoor one because outdoor seating that too in touch of road is horrible idea according to my perspective.

They also have take away option with Rs. 11 charges.

Must visit place. For quick bites only.

I'm a big fan of milkshakes, and I have to say, the Ferrero Rocher milkshake from Keventers is one of the best I've ever had.
