Feedback on My Experience at Your Restaurant
I recently contacted your restaurant for a dinner reservation for a group of 15 people. The contact person, Feroze Qureshi (as identified via Truecaller), mentioned your seating capacity was 50â60 and advised me to reserve a table. However, my experience from the initial enquiry to the dinner itself was disappointing.
When I first called, I was told I would receive a callback in 30 minutes, but no one got back to me. After waiting an hour, I called again, and Mr. Qureshi stated that unless I was finalizing the booking, he could not commit to reserving a table. I offered to pay in advance and requested a QR code to proceed. He mentioned he would be unavailable due to Namaz, so I respected his request and messaged him instead. However, despite seeing my messages, he didnât respond.
When I followed up again later, he rudely responded: "Mera daily ka 1500 logo ka chalta hai, aap 15 log ke liye itni enquiry kar rahi hain. Call pe call, message pe message. Aapko aana hai toh book karva lijiye." This behavior was completely unprofessional, as I had only called twice and messaged twice to confirm necessary details, including whether Jain food was served. Despite his attitude, I went ahead and booked, putting everything aside.
Unfortunately, the dining experience was equally disappointing:
Service: It was extremely slow. We had to wait 10â15 minutes for every request. Cake Service: We asked for the cake to be cut and served on plates, but the staff refused. Instead, they served the cake in ice cream cups, which was unacceptable. Food Quality: The naan was served cold, and we even found a strand of hair in the dal. When we pointed this out, the staff simply said, "Nayi daal banva deta hu," as if this was an ordinary occurrence. Overall, this experience was highly unsatisfactory. The rude behavior during the booking process, the slow and subpar service, and the lack of basic hygiene make it impossible for me to recommend your restaurant to anyone.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving both your customer service and...

Overall good food , well prepared.

Read moreAlthough the restaurant presents itself as a premium dining place and charges accordingly, it falls short of that expectation. The service is quite disappointing â I had to repeatedly ask for basic things like onions, forks, pickles, and even water, which should be provided without special requests. They also donât offer a finger bowl at the end, which is surprising for a restaurant claiming to be premium.
Moreover, the ambience is compromised as they run both buffet and regular dining in the same hall. This makes the place noisy and chaotic, taking away the calm and pleasant atmosphere one expects while dining out. You can barely hear conversations at your own table.
Overall, I wouldnât recommend this restaurant if you prefer a peaceful dining experience with your loved ones.
The only positive thing was taste and thatâs the sole reason giving this restaurant 2 star rating.
Thanks! Hope you find this...
