Valet parking available, good location, staff i was attended by was really good and straight to the point no unnecessary talking.

He was very polite while he spoke as well and very welcoming. Became here for a sale and exchange and the staff was very very patient and transparent with us. They answered are questions first and then to the process seamlessly.

Being the festival and New year time there is lot of crowd and the gold prices are really high. I am not here to compare this jewellery brand with the others however I felt one feedback that could be given here is for the staff to be a bit more active and needs much more encouragement.

As the gold prices are high and sales and buy volumes are high I believe they buy only their own gold. This is another feedback probably requesting you to consider other quality gold brands as well.

Very impressive. I had gone to two other prominent jewelry shops, tried negotiating, failed miserably and then opted for Chungath, just to observe the attitude. I was caught off guard with the surprisingly pleasing and cordial attitude of the staff, and the reduction in making charge they offered. I'm sure it ate into their profits, but they were so willing and convincing. When the two others charged 16% and 13% as making charges, Chungath quoted 5%.They had asked for 10days to customize the product, but delivered in 2days. I brought a grams gold ring it bended in just one day and I went to exchange it but their language was not too good while exchanging.One of the lady staff was really good but one old aged staff was having issues in exchanging he was saying that if you are buying 1grms then it will surely bend you should buy of more grams, then can you please tell me why you are selling it if it bends within a day.Finally they have exchanged it without any issues but I felt very bad and hurted.Never behave in such a way with coustomers who are looking for budget friendly things ,there are many reasons they...
