Had the worst experience ever at this jewellery store. We have been loyal customers for years and have always bought only from them. We went there to sell a few old pieces, and the man at the counter was unbelievably rude. He told us most of the items were 20-carat, and the way he spoke was so disrespectful that it left my poor mother, a senior citizen, completely shaken and humiliated. I have never encountered such arrogance and lack of basic manners. He was so demeaning and arrogant at my mother just because she asked why the jewellery we bought from them wasn’t 22-carat. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. This is not how any customer, especially an elderly one, should be treated. This sort of behavior is not something one gets to experience in any other jewellery in town, for sure. Definitely regret recommending this place to all the friends and acquaintances who visit from outside. Update: The team reached out and apologied.
