Now an art exhibition in connection with Kochi Musseries Biennale 2018 is going on in the hall. The ground in which the hall is situated is being used for various cultural programmes. It has two entrances, one opposite the TDM Hall, and another on the northern side opposite the Rama Varma Club. This two acres of land was owned by the Maharajah of Cochin.
