If we went and come out what the pitty service they have given, it's fine....If we tell any comments or suggestions, says we are drunken...First of all train your staffs, bartender nd receptionist how to behave to customers...Today (16.04.2023), the water kept in the jug really smelled and tasted bad...I've raised this issue silently to the bartender and he replied there is no issue. When I tried with your utility staff, he agreed it's smelled. The same thing I tried to notify in reception by 10.45 pm, he told me the same water he is drinking and there is no issue and he is trying to prove it by giving me a glass of hot water....An attendant came and he said, the issue should notice one who is sitting in reception.... Dear owner, if you really don't want this bar then sell out, otherwise tell your staff to accept the mistake and correct it. Really very pathetic service providing near woodlands junction... If you expect the quality certificate from higher authority, Definitely I can...

Name Polakulath is for bar earlier rather than restaurant; however nowadays they have a well furnished family dining area. Although the parking may pose a little constrain, on the day of my visit, its okay with the help of security personnel in charge. The dining hall is well lit, spacious and well furnished. Seats are good.Also special mention to the wash area which is well cleaned, thats a virtue when you travel with ladies. Now about food. We have ordered Kerala Parathas and Appam with side dishes of Squid Roast and Fish Masala. Quantity wise both dishes are large and enough for 4 persons. Squid Roast and fish masala are good; however, fish masala have lot of colour in it and at the end of the day tip of our fingers looks nicely coloured in red. Horrible experience with polakkulam.. I am just wondering that how can you run a business like this? Go and learn some culture, manners and how to behave to your customers then do the business.. Waiters are behaving like they are giving something for free..

You never get standard customers, some local people may be with you because they are not concern about the service. But we are not just like that.. Anybody seeing this review.. if you are a decent customer or plan to go with your family, its not the place for you and better find some other place.

I never suggest RENAI COCHIN too because of this bad experience. not only from MG road, the all branches of polakkulam is very indecent and rude to their customers... Actually what you guys are doing POLAKKULAM MANAGEMENT??? Are you sleeping.. or did you sale your place to your staffs???
