Bhikharam Chandmal — Local services in Kolkata

The cashier/manager was very good. He asked about how the food was and I answered him how I tasted. But other staffs are not helpful enough. I went there thrice and on the last time I was able to get what I wanted to eat. I wanted to eat Raj Kachori at this shop. I tasted Raj Kachori many times in Haldiram food court opposite ice skating and it was awesome. But this time I wanted to taste it somewhere else so I went there using Google maps. After refusing 2 times on the 3rd time I got it to eat. The taste here was not up to the mark. Kachori was not crunchy and red chilly powder was more than needed. The size of the Raj Kachori was smaller than that of Haldiram and the price...

Except location, nothing is good here. Hopeless taste, everytime only old materials are sold. I have tried this two years ago also and today again. I purchased 4 kachoris and 4 pcs dulkhusal sweet both tastes very bad. Looks 5 days old.

Bought gulab jamun on 3rd September 2021 from this sweet outlet, it was spoiled and not consumable.

How could a branded chain shop could deliver their customers this type of food...
