I went there on 15th April. On the first day of Bengali New Year, it was the first time with my family after having heard for a long time about its nice ambience, food , service and also watching good reviews in Google. But believe me in reality it's just the opposite. Firstly it was birthday of one of there owner, she was there with her family and was extremely careful about other customers. One the other hand One of the service person I suppose Abhishek was pestering us that the shop will close by 10pm so we have to order and finish up the food fast, we reached there at around 9.30pm. After being reassured by the owner that as it is Bengali New Year day we can take our time, even after that the service persons came one after another came and kept reminding about the closing time. And was standing next to us that we can order in a hurry.
We were 5 people, no water was served at first.. no plates no adequete spoons were provided with foods, we had to repeadtly that was also making them annoyed that why are bothering them so much during the closing time.
I don't know whether the service persons or the cook was in a hurry to close the shop. The foods that were served were awful. The prices were high as per the standards they are providing Cold coffee - It was very ordinary , blunt in taste. Pork Perry Perry Pizza -hardly pork was present, it was undercooked, no Perry sause or masala was present.
Pasta- Very ordinary with curry not cooked properly
Chicken sheek kabab- The sandwich was stuffed with only cheese and chicken sausage no sign of sheek kabab, small bread non grilled.
For a customer visiting the first time it is the worst experience, its a running cafe with all the good reviews, I am still in a doubt whether the service persons working over there was in a hurry to close the shop and as a result they made the food in a hurry or the food really is this pathetic.
I would request the owners to kindly look into it. We would love to visit again if the people' working over there is as much concerned like the owner herself rather than almost dragging the customers to leave the place , closing the lights even though when we were still there in the cafe. We waited there to see whether really what is the hurry all about. The service persons were watching IPL and smoking cigarettes, biri and having fun among themselves, it's not that they were closing the cafe , to return to their own places early. Then why it is to bother the customers when the owner assured us that we can take our time.
My point is every cafe and restaurant has a closing time so if you really want your employees to leave early as it's a special day. Then please don't allow any new customer they are visiting your place when it's almost time for you to close.
Note- It was nice on part of the owner herself to offer us the birthday cake we are thankful to you, but we really didn't want you to disturb you that time with all these reviews. We surely hope you will look into...

The foods were also substandard and were high as per the standards they are providing.
Cold coffee - It was very ordinary and states like coffee flavoured milk.
Pork Peri Peri Pizza - Instead of pork meat they use pork sausages (which is not mentioned in the menu)and also no Peri Peri sause or masala was there in the pizza. Overall blunt in taste which costs 590+gst.
Pasta in red sauce - Very ordinary in taste and quantity which costs 480+gst or something
Chicken sheek kabab sandwich - was stuffed with only cheese, mayonnaise and chicken sausage no sign of sheek kabab, small breads are also non grilled. The experience has ruined our evening I would request the owners to kindly look into it.    Read more** Location = Jodhpur Park. Google maps came in handy, take the lane beside Leder Land opposite to South City Mall and you will reach there in 5-6 minutes.
**Brief Intro = A lovely place brimming with crowd ranging from young to old alike. We were a group of 5 and had a gala time therein. The man serving us was very friendly and took great care of our needs.
** Ambiance/Decor = The ambiance is very much friendly and they have given great emphasis to our legendary sleuth "Feluda" and seating capacity is also large with seating availability at upstairs and downstairs.
** Things tried = We ordered for Irish Coffee, Lime Soda, Giddapahar and Gopaldhara first flush to begin the evening. After the lovely tea, we ordered 2 portions of all chicken platters, 2 plates of Barbequed Chicken sausages & onion and stuffed grilled chicken. Each of the items were too good. The chicken platter consists of salamis, sausages, egg poach and more. The stuffed grilled chicken was suggested by the server and it was a surprise package. The pizzas were thin crust and adequate chicken sausages added the delight. For desserts we ordered for 3 portions of brownie with hot chocolate and icecream, it was a sheer heavenly experience. A slice of chcocolate cake acted as the birthday cake and thanks to our server for all the help.
** Purse Check = Our total bill came to Rs.2500/-(approx) and I would suggest Rs.600-700/- for 2 people.
**Overall = A great experience and I would recommend this place to all those who would like to enjoy good food and spend a great time. Cheers to team...
