DO NOT rely on these people to deliver at home - they are only interested in ONLINE ORDERS!

Multiple days at a strech they will pick up the phone and only say "ONLINE ORDER KAR DO, delivery boy nahi hai". I don't know if this is being done deliberately for orders below a certain amount as they first listen to your order and then give this reply. The item I wanted to order from their restaurant was there on swiggy but not on zomato - called them to enquire and he says "Jidhar hai udhar se hi karo warna rehne do bandh kar do, mat karo order" Post pandemic, food quality has dropped drastically and they never follow instructions given for dosa. The dosa is turned toh a kulcha by the time it comes home. Totally screwed up and soggy unlike pre-pandemic times when it was good. No manners to talk on call while taking order, will keep you on hold for a long time taking multiple other calls at the same time and eventually not follow your order/instruction properly. Food is okish. After all this attitude from this place, Elco/Karachi sweets seem to be a better option to try. Being a local, I have been regular at Amrut Sagar but this place now never fails to disappoint me! Complacency and bad attitude has crept into this place now. UTTER...

Me and my friend went to this place to have some evening snacks we ordered panipuri and all topping pizza, by the time we had Pani Puri our pizza got ready (which was clearly made much earlier) when they served us that pizza it was completely cold that's why we asked them politely to change it on which the cashier named Ramesh goda said we will reheat it and then he served us pizza with burnt cheese and and ice cold toppings when we asked him to change he denied it !! + when we asked for refund he started arguing with us that this is how he is serving pizza from past 20 years . If someone is paying for their food and you guys are not able to deliver them then I'll suggest that atleast learn some etiquette to talk with your customers politely for your own mistakes. In the end I don't think this types of behaviour should be tolerated after paying for worst food!!!! Horrible experience! Called for a masala dosa and was spoken to very rudely Told me there was a minimum order of ₹300 and hung up I called again and ordered worth ₹350, he reluctantly took my order. Then finally when I received my order I get a plain dosa soggy and with nothing in, I called back to explain to them that they had made a mistake So he said he would send the bhaji and that he wasn't going to send a new dosa. I told him that if that's what I wanted I would have ordered roti and sabji why would I order a masala dosa So he hung up again and ended up sending only the bhaji. I called back to remind him that this was a mistake made by him and not me and that I'd like my order replaced He yelled at me saying please don't order from us ever again, we will never deliver to you and as usual..hung up. I I called back and asked to speak to the manager,he replied saying that nothing can be done as he was the manager and said please take your money we don't want to deliver...
