Review: The food was very bad. Me and my friend ordered pizza and pasta it was so bad that we could not eat it and left it. The cheese used was very low quality and pasta was smelling that it was spoiled. We also told them the food is very bad but they did not even care.

Reply to review response: As I could not find any option to reply back on your response, but felt a need of must writing. That the amount of efforts you are putting in responding all the comments on review would have been better if you would have done the same thing in improving your food quality.

If we are only one who are saying your pizza and pasta are so bad then why all your reviews are filled with people saying just have pav baji from here nothing else.

After the pasta was served to us we thought atleast pizza would be better but no, we released this the quality they have. You are saying we didn't left the food great that is your focus not your service and we know what we left.

Delivery boys have no shame to talk to customers. Extremely brash and wrong attitude shown by a delivery boy by the name of Khan to a customer which is me. This isn't how a service sector is. Too disappointed by the behaviour of the delivery boy who had this intimidating bad criminal like behaviour wherein he kept on arguing with me like a gangster as to where my address is. Never going to order from this restaurant or visit this restaurant ever again.

Edit: After the above-mentioned incident, the owner had called me and apologized and also had told me that he had fired the delivery boy. Today when I ordered food again, the same delivery boy was sent. The delivery boy kept harassing me in relation to my location when he is well aware as to where my location is. The restaurant shouldn't have sent the same delivery boy to deliver my food when I had raised grievances against the delivery boy's behaviour. The possibility of the delivery boy messing and tampering with my food cannot be ruled out either and this is a major deficiency in service committed by the restaurant. I know one thing, I won't ever order food from this...
