Horrible.. They charge u like a 4 star hotel. But trust me services r like budget hotel.. From the moment we walked into it I felt as if I m in some refugee camp.. Extra narrow gallery... Very low ceiling.. Smell of alcohol n smoke n suffocating atmosphere. Small rooms n bathroom without any exhaust or ventilation. Ac didn't have any control.. V had to get up several times at night to switch on n off.. Every time u call up reception or housekeeping.. The delay or no show is expected...the rooms given to us earlier had ac leaking inside room.. N when v changed the room... The rooms were pest control with heavy smell.. Somehow we spent the night as where to roam around during nights. Food is horrible too.. U will not get what u order... Plus there is a really limited menu,is like u visiting a place where u have to beg n not choose. Chef doesn't know how to cook. The rooms window open to another building, so v had to constantly close them n feel like a trap. V chose this place because v had to visit lalbaugchi raja Tempe,due to its proximity. I think we should have preferred Ramada over it... Same price 5 star n definitely it would have been a better choice. There is so much more to describe our disappointmemt that the readers will b exhausted. The summary is if u want to stay at a decent place... This is not what u looking for... U throw money...

I had made a reservation at the Midtown Pritam for 3 nights using an online travel booking website. I inadvertently made a mistake and booked for 3 nights in March instead and prepaid the full amount for the booking. The mistake was realized when I tried to check in the required date ! Calling the online booking site turned out to be no help as they basically said “ no date change, no refund!”. That’s when Mr Jaywant of Hotel Midtown Priam who was the guest desk manager put on his Superman cape and started making calls to get the booking corrected. It took about ten minutes but he got it done without any additional charges or hassles. really appreciate his efforts ongoing the extra mile. The hotel rooms themselves seem to have been recently renovated and are very comfortable and adequate for solo travelers or couples. Location is amazing with lots of shopping/ dining options within walking distance. Mumbai is a city that never sleeps and yet the rooms, bed,mattresses and sound proofing was so amazing, I needed to set an alarm to wake up! This will definitely be my go to,place for future...
