Shree Muthulaxmi Steel Palace — Local services in Mumbai

Today was the 2nd time when I faced this with the staff there. I waited for my turn (almost 20 minutes) in line and when my turn came, one of the staffs listened to my requirement and went in and did not even come out after waiting for 10 minutes. After sometime he comes out with other person's requirement. On asking, the other staff who wanted to attend the person behind me says ask the person you gave your list to and he also went in. Both of them did not turn up nor did they gave the response properly. It is disappointing to see Muthulaxmi go down like this. Have been buying things from them from 2 decades now. But not anymore.
