Cafe savera — Restaurant in Mumbai

The worst ever restaurant I have seen.Taste is (not too good) but it is ok. The service is very bad. The service people will take your chapathi (from your plate to place the another one ordered) with their dirty, empty hand without even asking you. It was disgusting thar they were cleaning the floor and removing the dirty, tidy water in front of the customers who were eating there gave me a feel of vomiting. Other when chicken biriyani was ordered they have deliverd "panner biriyani" when I went back to the restaurant and asked them to apologies for that, they just replied "Humans make mistakes", when I tried to expline that the one who knows to apologize for his/her mistake is called as human not the one who does mistake and only gives non-sense reason, they were not even ready to listen...

The food quality was below average, food was very oily and tasteless. After requesting for a takeaway order asking for cutleries only a single spoon was provided for noodles and paneer chilly. Which was not packed properly and spilled mid way while travelling carefully. Even the restaurant didn’t provide the home delivery service for a order above ₹100 (your order should be more than ₹100 to claim free home delivery) was not provided under 700 meters. Thank...

I wanted to try their Mutton Khichda which is a Friday special and it did not disappoint. It was fabulous and keep in mind you need to order something else with it as the portion of rice in the dish is too low. Goes best with roti. The service was quick despite the footfall in afternoon. The atmosphere is a bit crowded but the food makes you forget all of that atleast until you finish it. Planning on trying their Sunday special...
