The Belgian Waffle Co — Restaurant in Pune

The menu clearly mentioned that an ice cream scoop could be added for ₹20, but at billing, we were suddenly told it would cost ₹50 because the “system wasn’t updated.” This was never communicated to us before ordering. When we questioned it, the guy at the counter got defensive and insisted he had already mentioned it which he hadn’t.

On top of that, we were just two people sharing one waffle, and he started giving us judgmental looks for ordering just one. The service felt rude and unwelcoming. And honestly, the waffle itself tasted nothing like a Belgian waffle more like a soggy pakora dipped in chocolate.

Have visited other outlets before and never faced something like this. Really poor experience, both in taste...

I wish I could give half a star or rather no star.. Service is pathetic. They don't value people's time. After waiting for 20 mins they tell there is a voltage issue. When asked for refund they argue it's not possible. Later they refund. However ethically they should refund the exact amount that is paid by the customer. That means even if it's 50p.. would they charge us 50p less, no right?? Then why refund 50p less. And when questioned they are the most arrogant lot... The guy who was there says you can mail the company for this. That shows your work ethics.. Worst customer service... Never going...

That was my first waffle. It was ok ok. It is overpriced. I ordered a dark chocolate waffle. It was dark only by colour. Dark chocolate has a rich bitter sweet combination. That was just sweet. Waffle was soggy somehow. It tastes like milk and batter. I wanna try it because everyone is having one. I had peer pressure for this thing. It was the wrong decision. Anyways I like the cleanliness. The staff was polite...
