Ordered executive lunch thali. They served reheated stale rice which was a day old. The dal had too much salt. When this was pointed out to the staff, they treated it lightly and were unapologetic about it. Not even a sorry. Asked for the complaint book and they said there is none. Then I asked for the Manager's number and called him. He said he will get the restaurant to prepare another dish, but I declined. Then the Manager spoke to the restaurant and asked them to refund the amount. I did not take the refund as was really disappointed with their attitude. Even after pointing out the issue, they did not dispose the stale rice and dal, but kept it as is to serve to other customers. Disgusting attitude and unfit to be in restaurant business. The taste was incredibly bland, and the food just didn't have that authentic, flavorful punch I was expecting from ๐ฎ๐ณ cuisine. To top it off, the packaging was a complete mess; everything looked so poorly prepared and slapped together ๐ซ. Paneer was so overcooked for a minute I thought it was chicken (im a vegetarian). Mix veg - i dont even want to describe.
