Bazullah Road KPN is the worst out of the lot. Crowd handling is extremly poor with indifferent staff.Parking is another nightmare. Paying for your bills at the counter is a huge issue and Que breakers have a free filed day every day every time.You have to stand and watch helplessly. My repeated complaints to Store staff and to their customer service have no impact whatsoever.Today the Manager of this outlet warned me to not make an issue and be respectful.I asked him what did I do other than raising the issue of entertaining que breakers .All we get from KPN customers service is they will take steps.Nothing changed I told them today never to step into this store again. The Supervisor told me you go ahead complain. Pathetic! I will not step in...

A nice shopping experience on fruits and vegetables at this place. Well organized place to buy. Not only fruits and vegetables are available, but also some of the other groceries.. snacks, bread, milk, nuts, many more are available! The place is well maintained with clean surroundings, that gives a comfortable feel to shop around and I always buy fruits from this center. Situated on one of the busiest roads of Chennai, there had never been a parking problem for me with either 2wheeler or 4wheeler. During the early day of the lock down I had stocked up some toor daal, white channa, black channa as a precaution. Little did i know they are adulterated of some sort.

Weeks after picking up the lentils it was time to open and restock the container and it hit us then. All the lentils had a very strong smell almost smelled liked it was washed with acetone (nail polish remover) or paint thinner kind of smell.

Lucky in these hard times had a packet which came in from Amazon pantry.
