Worsr customers service and rude billing counter staff. I visited the store today with the intention of purchasing pomegranate juice. I patiently waited in the queue behind two individuals, and when it was my turn, I approached the billing staff and requested pomegranate juice. However, she inquired if I had checked with the juice counter regarding its availability. Since I had not done so, she advised me to verify the availability before proceeding with the billing.

Although I found this request unusual as it is typically the staff's responsibility to be informed about product availability, I complied and approached the juice counter representative. Unfortunately, he informed me that pomegranate juice was not available. Consequently, I returned to the billing counter to purchase orange juice instead.

While waiting for the current order to be completed, I requested the billing staff to process my juice purchase. However, she responded in a rude and arrogant manner, instructing me to wait until the next customer's billing was completed. When I questioned this directive, reminding her that she had previously directed me to check with the juice counter, her response was even more impolite.

I am concerned about the manner in which I was treated as a customer. Such behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect positively on the store's reputation and this not the first even my had a bad experience with your...

Iam very displeased with the billing service AND ALSO quality here of late. Cocroaches in vegetable counters and good for nothing staff. . There are 5 counters and only one person or two are in the counters whenever you walk in. All the employees specially the females re so engrossed in gossiping and shouting at each other, making the atmosphere very unpleasant. I have visited the store yesterday (15/6/2026)afternoon and all the employees in the store were busy cutting mangoes and eating and fighting with each other except for two women in counter 2 and 4 who were billing a very long line of customers and were calling their colleagues to start another counter. All were gathered at the juice shop and started eating mangoes but did not bother. This the 3rd consecutive week and same experience repeats. The worst Part is yet to come. There are a lot of cockroaches in the vegetable counters as fresh veggies are being dumped on rotten ones. When asked the staff just ignores . There is no manager to complain or anyone to control the employees.......sad to see this state of affairs as KPN WAS ONCE MY favourite store now I have almost stopped......hope some action is...

One of best brands for Veggie gave an experience for the first time for many like me that you can shop for veggie in a clean environment. Transparent Buying? A big Q.

I’m writing this review as this incident which took place at the North Boag Road branch long ago where their Higher Ups used to sit here.

Today after my purchase of veggie and fruits I was billed 500+ in that I was shocked to see Drumstick per piece it was charged Rs.128/- per piece. where is this price from? This is not the price in the market when I questioned the manger he quoted saying their backend billing is not updated and hence the confusion, lame, right? I spoke to him and told him how many of your customers, mainly youngsters and helpers are purchasing daily from KPN and they would have all purchased a mere drumstick for Rs.128/- per piece!! without knowing the reality? After speaking to the manager he asked the biller to update the price and they gave back Rs.300/- out of my Rs.500/- bill which I had paid. How fair is this?

We chose to ignore those veggie vendors/ Kiranwala’s but time we rethink that....
