Please never buy from this shop. I bought sandals worth 3k. Within a week. Of usage the leather started scraping off and even though I bought the correct for, my little finger, sole and other parts of the foot started aching body and I got red rashes. I sent it for servicing and it came back after a month. They don't even inform you when it comes back from delhi, which is the service centre. I had requested a replacement of the pair but they came up with lot of excuses . So I sent it again for adjustment at least. It came back after more than an month. Again they didn't inform me. I went to collect my shoes and again if was the same. No. Adjustments done. just the leather was somehow Shabbily fixed. There I saw one more gentleman, who was in trouble for his pair of shoes which cost 5k. Avangalkey inda nalama na.. I just took those and came back home. Knowing nothing came be done about it. Woodlands has lost its quality and service. I didn't wana give it even one star but no star option hasn't been...

Yesterday Evening , I visited the showroom at 20.05 hrs and the door was open, lights completely switched on. When I asked the staff for the discounts on Sandals, he said shop is closed... When I again asked him what is there any discounts available, he says the shop is closed. When I asked him a question not once but twice, he was not even courteous enough to answer me and was desperate to send me out... If you don't want a customer to enter, either switch off the lights or keep a " Sorry, we are closed" board. Customers will underdtand.When everyone is desperate for business in this pandemic times and you people are loosing business for you attitude. Showroom in charge pls note this. As a customer I will never wanted to visit you again... I will think twice before entering even any other Woodland Show room... It hurts me so much that even after 19 hours I am posting...

Worst service... I bought a woodland shoe in a Reliance fashion factory showroom... I got a problem in my shoes within 1.6yrs... I googled a repair station for it, I got a suggestion of woodland pondy Bazar, I spoked with them before coming and explained about my problem regarding shoe also I mentioned that I bought this product in Reliance fashion factory... they said we can fix this problem bring the shoe it will take 15days to get repaired... after I going there they didn't treat me properly... they said we cannot rework if you buy in Reliance showroom even after I ready to pay for the rework... if they are not ready to rework then why they are selling the products in Reliance store......
