The food was hygienic, deserts were decent too. Its ambience is great, service too, some of the counter staff seemed tired as it’s understandable. Although my major worry is that they aren’t child friendly and in the 1 hour we were there - we saw 3 families with total of 6 younglings running and crawling about. The bathroom door was so unsafe - thick and automatic shutting that it turned out to be a horrid experience for us. Our child’s finger got stuck and pressed - causing soft tissue loss and care for 2 weeks.

And don’t even want to think of how easy it is for kids to stand on those chairs and look over the gaps on either side of your first floor straight for a deep dive over your main counter display area.

If anyone from the brand really is reading this review - it would be great to brainstorm on strategies to keep your place inclusive and safe for all ages that walk through your doors across your outlets.

This is unimaginably painful and Ive never found myself writing reviews such as this, but for the sake of helping anyone who may need it - hold those heavy auto swing doors for as long as you know the kids are out of it’s way completely.
