The only place where my entire family purchases opticals from!!! We have been a customer of GKB GN Cherry road for a long time. We have always been amazed by the service of Mr. Saravanan- extremely knowledgeable & always provides the best service & product that fits our requirement.

I visited the store yesterday to try contact lenses for the 1st time & I was attended by optometrist Ms.Renuka. I have never met such a patient & genuine service provider before. She did not give up on my multiple attempts at trying contact lenses out of my fear & finally ensured that I learnt the technique & made me feel at ease while I was panicking. One of their BEST optometrist at GKB with very good expertise in the field!! Highly impressed...

Not even 1 star. Very bad experience. We have purchased 2 powered spectacles. "With in a month", one of the spectacles, developed scraches. We had to go to T Nagar branch for informing the same.. But the person incharge told us that nothing can be done, since the spectacle is having scratches. We even asked him about the quality and meaning of scratch coat coated for the spectacle. Buy no proper answer and he asked us to contact tollfree or email our concerns. So far we have sent 6 emails (4 reminders) but nothing happened not even acknowledgement. This is the first time we went to GKB opticals and had very bad experience. We would definitely not recommend GKB opticals to our friends...
