Experience with staff and shop was Ok.I used to go there regularly.However we stopped going there after a bad incident .Infront of shop are security guards responsible for managing parking. There are two old guards, one is taller than the other. This taller one has psychological issues. If we don't park to where he says , he gets offended, that too when entire parking lot is empty.One day he was behaving badly with us. I asked this guard for a ticket receipt for parking, as we wanted to pay him thinking he wants money.He said he didn't had it. He rudely told us to leave. I told him to talk politely, but he kept talking rudely.I had seen him behave with others the same way in past. Infront of this mall is a bigger and better mall with decent staff. We started going there.I feel bad for some unaware hardworking shop owners and staff in this mall, whose efforts are regularly wasted by this rude...

Good shop. But irrespective of being regular customer for years, the shop attendants,( except few compensating sensible and kind staffs) and manager , everyone have no business sense towards customers. Even a new shop know those etiquettes. This shop runs only because of the variety and new products available. Definitely not because of attitude of staff here. No smile, no courteous behaviour on one hand and unnecessarily sarcastic comments and personal questions etc on other side. One attendant will suspect and walk behind you as if you are stealing, one will ask personal questions(rare case though), if you are kind and carry a smiling gesture.
