Long review: Never expected a2b to be this bad, can the team work on their customer care department, don't know how to treat a customer. There's something called respect which I don't think you guys definitely deserve let there be 1000, 2000 customers coming to your restaurant. Please make sure to put a board outside your shop like there are too many people here so we'll throw food on your table and you should catch it. Like how you throw fish food on aquarium. Shame on the restaurant and also please put a board like if you're ordering below 1000rs we won't treat you good, So that elders who want to eat will leave restaurant as they can't eat more than idli which is under 1k, it would be really appreciated if your food's taste match your restaurant's attitude. When asked about the treatment of the waiters the management said there are more people bla bla bla so treated like that bla bla bla. Did I say you guys to accommodate more than you guys can manage? Read moreVery very disappointed for the service given by Adayar Ananda bhavan in vadapalani branch..I went there and sat in a table for a breakfast nobody bothers to check and ask me for what I wanted...waited for few minutes and asked by myself...an attender came and handed over menu no smile no hospitality...after serving nobody came to ask if we need something...there was a lady standing asked her to send someone she just rolled her eyes and pointed to other guy and left..we called other guy for a hotwater as my husband has to take bp tablets after eating breakfast...He just ignored us and left..so my husband went to billing counter to ask by himself but when he reached counter the cashier left without even saying anything...and asked there is no one to serve us all he said was " anga irupangale" without even looking at our face...very veryyy rude behaviour,such a bad name for reputed hotels like anada bhavan It's a shame to appoint so lethargic staff in a huge hotels .... From cleaner staff to manager everyone are rude, ignorant,lazy and doesn't want to work it seems..

Since I like the food taste from the beginning. I decided to go to this certain branch @ metro station vadapalani but never new this would be the worst experience ever . I knew the organisation kept it from so long but the brach had least responsibility on both customer & responsibility......I visited the hotel by 3 :40 till 4:15 no member came to take the order .. I could understand if there is delay in preparation of food but the team took it very normal to even come to take order .. I even approached 4 members no one showed their face for order and there was no pleasant response from anyone . I walked back without any food which is very unfair since the team was unresponsible about their customer.
Wish this issue to be taken to the management and look forward for customer satisfaction as earliest
