Taxi Services in batam is probably one factor in bringing down the attractiveness of Batam. As usual we know the Taxi Drivers hate grab or Gojek drivers, and angry at us when they saw I keep looking at my mobile phone. Actually one simple solution for Taxi Services to improve just have a normal fair meter running fares, instead of currently shady fixed rates and they can keep their rice bowl and economy will improve in batam. The rate that Taxi charged us is double of Grab/Gojek. In the end we are forced to keep walking further away from the Batam Centre Ferry Terminal.
