!!!! We were tricked by the atmosphere. Their service was pretty SLOW and the food on the conveyor belt was NOT FRESH.
We entered this restaurant because it showed all plate sushi 10k.. well, see the receipt looks so different! Think twice before you enter.. if price is not an issue for you and the taste…then you can try for one time…
The hot tea was refillable but we saw others using the hot tea cup to self service take the cold ice lemon tea. No staff stopped them……
Looked like we had a lot of plates….well it was simply because we were too hungry and we’re already seated. (finished the food because don’t want to waste food)
We order the long plate sushi from the menu and it took pretty long to serve to our table. One thing for sure, that long plate sushi sure tasted better than those ready serve on the conveyor belt. The texture of the salmon on the long plate and the ones on the conveyor belt was completely different standard. 100% different.
If you still want to visit this restaurant, maybe can consider order from the menu. Hope yours will...
Read morewah kacau sih, awal saya mau pesen salmon sashimi dan chuka idako mereka bilang gaada… kemudian saya pesen salmon jenis lain juga gaada, mereka bilang semua yg pake salmon lagi kosong kak baru ada malem. lah saya kesini di jam makan siang, jadi 60% yg ada di menu itu gaada. terus saya makan apa dong? saya inget banget salah satu staff perempuan hanya menunjukan 7 jenis sushi roll yang ready siang itu, dan saya malah di tawarin ramen. cust ke resto sushi ya pasti niat awal mau pesen sushi, kalo pesen ramen ya saya ke resto ramen lah 🗿 boleh aja offering option lain yg mungkin barangkali cust tertarik, ini nawarinnya jauh banget antara nasi ke mie
kemudian, mungkin memang untuk refill minuman harus ambil sendiri ya di sushi rio manapun. tapi menurut saya kalo cabang bcs dan cabang nagoya di compare jelas jauh banget service nya, kalo di nagoya mereka sangat sigap mengawasi minuman” cust. kalo di nagoya minuman cust uda keliatan kosong, mereka nawarin untuk di refill oleh mereka. itu sangat bagus walau ketentuan sushi rio itu self service refill ya, nilai + loh. jadi kebanting buat cust yg uda pernah nyoba di cabang nagoya, one mall, mega mall dan panbil terus nyoba di bcs malah zonk banget jauh lah. cabang bcs paling kacau sih jadi bad experience
kemudian dari komunikasi staff disana, kita tanya promo hari ini, atau promo mingguan bahkan bulanan pun mereka kaya bingung dan banyak bengong. saya bertanya karena saking bingung apalagi yang bisa dimakan disana… waitress perempuan tadi malah nanya kesana kemari, bahkan kaya gatau product knowledge. dia kerja disitu, tapi gatau apa yang dia jual. pertama dia nanya ke org yg di sushi bar, kedua dia bertanya sm waitress perempuan lain yg mungkin seniornya kah atau apa, ketiga dia bertanya ke waitress cowo, saya coba positif saja disitu mungkin dia staff baru. tapi bagaimana bisa staff baru sudah layak dapat seragam, apakah sebelumnya gak di training untuk service dan product knowledge nya?
last but not least ya, ketika makanan jadi. saya perhatiin kalau waitress tadi yg sedang santai dekat kitchen diminta oleh orang sushi bar untuk mengantar makanan, tapi watress tersebut malah tbtb ngelap meja yg saya tau meja itu blm dipake bekas orang makan krn jaraknya dekat masih keliatan jarak pandang jadi saya tau kalau dia seperti menolak orang sushi bar untuk mengantarkan ke meja meja tertentu. akhirnya orang sushi bar itu yang langsung kasihin makanan ke saya maupun cust lain yg deket sm area sushi bar😂 dan terlihat sekali, ntah disana budaya bekerja nya suka lempar tanggung jawab atau gimana, bahkan di akhir” saya minta tolong ke staff A tapi yg kasih/menyediakan itu malah staff B...
Read moreService is really terrible when it was full of customer. We did ordered sushis and main courses with the waiter. Main courses were served but the sushis was not served. We looked for the waiter to ask for our sushi but no one could help us. We were so upset. We asked from the chef if he got any order from our table. He said “no order was placed”.
We went to pay the bill. The cashier was our waiter who took our order. He said the chef told him that all sushis that we ordered were not available. Nobody from this restaurant tells us anything.
It was my first time here in this restaurant and will be my last time. Poor...
