I am happy we have chosen to stay at Amnaya Resort. Originally, we have had booking at different resort, slightly more expensive. The day before our reservation was due, we have done another research of the nearby resorts and came across Amnaya.

The place was exceptionally well rated 👏 and it was significantly cheaper. So we've decided to make a switch as the places were closed to each other but could save us a lot of 💰 money.

When we've arrived to Amnaya, we were welcomed with warm smiles. Which is quite common everywhere we went while in Bali to be honest 🌺

Our check out from previous place was at noon and check in at Amnaya was at 3 pm. They kindly allowed us to bring all our luggage 🧳 and kept it stored until our room was ready. They knew we were waiting and had done their best to prepare the room for us as soon as possible. When the room was ready, they've sent us a message and already placed all our luggage there.

When we arrived to the room, we were told the room is upgrade to what we have paid for, this was given to us for free 🤩 The room itself was 🌞 bright, cosy and squeaky clean.

There was a lot of detail put into the service from this place, all the supplies in the room had its own place, packaging that fitted well within the Balinese culture. What I loved the most were bath supplies. The smell was just divine ✨️

There was a shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the 🚿 shower. There was an amazing body lotion and hand wash by the sink and bubble bath with bath salt for the relaxing bath. All of the products was amazing, clearly well produced and leaving your body feel awesome.

We've used the room service for lunch/dinner after we fell ill. The food was very reasonably priced and most importantly the taste was delicious.

The breakfast are selected from the menu, they are not continental, but the menu is rich enough and for the price it's great. The food itself was yummy. This style of serving also allows the resort to control food waste which shows their commitment to sustainability.

The pool is big enough for splash and there's very nice, clean and decently equipped gym.

Overall, our stay was great and we'd recommend this place to anyone.

Amnaya had given me and my family best experience on the last 2 night of our 2 weeks holiday in Bali. The staffs gave us warm welcome and welcome drink on our coming. They asked our ID during the checking in.

The room was beautiful and spacious! Everything just shining - the floor, the bathroom, the table. The bed was clean and neat with small card that written who's made the bed on the bed - thanks Mertha! And we love the balcony area, it's beautiful too!

There's complimentary fruit with writing letter that welcoming us, kimono that can be used during our staying and also can be purchased from the hotel if you wanted too. Safety box available, mini bar was chargeable, TV has wide range of channel.

During our staying, the hotel had given us a letter that showing their apology that the construction building still in progress that noises may happen during office hour.

They divided the bathroom into 3 sections : shower room, washbasin area, and toilet room with wide curtain that can be used for covering the 3 section. Blurred glass only available on the toilet section, and the shower room was totally clear glass so you need to pull the curtain to cover the shower area. Hot cold water available with strong shower spray from the top or the handheld shower with relaxing aromatic soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion pump jar.

The breakfast was served in set menu started from appetizer, juice drink, main course, dessert with coffee / tea and the taste was fantastic. Tea time available from 3-6 pm as well!

The swimming pool was located next to the hotel. You'll passing small path then through empty backyard next to the hotel (looked like off from hotel area but then you'll find the swimming pool after the backyard). Spa was available but haven't tried. The staff was friendly though.

We had connecting room on our 2nd day, and it's quite fun to walk to next door to and fro because of their spacious room!

There's no self parking area, but they gave free valet service for the guest anyway!

Last but not least, they gave and put on each of us handmade bracelet as souvenir when we're checking out.

The staffs were really friendly and helpful, and their amazing service made us feeling pleasant like our second home.
