La Calavera Burrito Bar — Restaurant in Cork

Usually don't write reviews but thought it's worth writing this one. The man serving me, who is the owner, was extremely rude when I rang over the phone. It was a large order and when I collected it I asked if he'd marked out which burritos were which so we could tell them apart. He angrily replied "we're professionals here, look at the receipt" and I saw he had numbered them. When we opened them however he had gotten 3 out of the 8 items completely wrong (2 were meant to be fajitas and he gave us burritos instead but charged for the fajitas). Honestly I still wouldn't have bothered writing this review because that didn't bother me too much, except that that night after the food I realized I had food poisoning. After chatting to a few friends I found 2 of them also got food poisoning from this place...

Justeat.ie didn't allow me to put in my address, then tried using their website and it kept on going blank, tried again and when i almost finished placing my order it went blank again. Finally placed my order after 3rd try. Delivery guy got my address wrong but eventually delivered it. Ordered a fajita, got a burrito instead. Asked for guacamole (which i paid extra for) and didnt get it. Asked for sour cream and didnt get it either. Food tasted grand but horrible service. Guy on the phone was reluctant to let me place my order on the phone and insisted i order online. The burrito was ok. Not great and not bad. The owner (I assume he is the owner) was not very friendly when I walk in yesterday. Maybe he was having a bad day. He wouldn't even look at me and seemed like he was in bad mood. I tried to chat to small talk and he had zero interest.

Edit: I read some other reviews after I left my review. I noticed that quite a few people commented on a rude member of staff. A male Asian. The same guy who served me. I think his rudeness seems to standard behaviour for him. I would suggest that maybe a customer facing role is not for him. Customers do pay his wages after all and people will go somewhere else if they feel someone is...
