They're the only newsagent in westport that stock comics like 2000ad and marvel/DC, so a valuable asset to readers in Westport and it's surrounding areas like Newport and Aughagower. The toys are mostly expensive and the sweets are far too overpriced. The owner doesn't tend to respond well to customers who don't seem like they have money which isn't good salesmanship to most people, hence it's a very tourist-centric shop. Absolutely fantastic shop, especially if you are here on holiday. It's great for grabbing basic sundries like drinks or snacks as well as postcards and other gifts to send back home. They have a massive collection of toys for sale as well, with great selection on LEGO. They also have the best 99!
