Domino's Pizza - Dublin - Raheny — Local services in Dublin

30/10/21 myself and my partner had booked a night in the hilton hotel, we had decided to order pizza as it was one of those kind of laze evenings, my partner puts through a order for two medium pizzas, chicken dippers, 2 cokes and the famous dominos cookies, she placed the order around 11:10, we received are order, the delivery driver hands me the boxes, I only receive one large pizza, one chicken dippers box, no cookies and two cans of coke zero, so I assumed maybe since it's late and they were close to closing when we received our food, that they may have put both medium pizzas in one box, I come back to the room to be welcomed by a phrase that got me a little, that's not our pizza nor even our order, so I grabbed the phone and rang back the driver who rang my phone to come and collect, I rang his mobile atleast 10 times within the space of 10 minutes, no no one to pick up the phone, I'm ragging and saying yo you couldn't have just died the second you gave me the pizza answer your phone, eventually after trying for the 10th time we give up calling him and give the shop a call four times and it goes straight to answer machine, we are now stuck with somebody else's pizza order and have two hungry mouths, 10 minutes pasted and we had to settle for pizza hut at 1 in the morning, the next morning we both have to go to work and at 8 o'clock that day, we booked a second night in the hotel and then proceeded to drive up in person to dominos and ask them kindly for a refund or the order fulfilled correctly, a manager, to be honest I wouldn't call her a manage with how she handled the situation, anyways, so comes and says to me, hey guys, you didn't receive a thing your ordered, I simply replied with no, we didn't even get what we ordered and present the images of the full order, she looks at the image and starts calling out one large pizza, I have to say no it's two medium pizzas 1 thing of cooks 1 thing of chicken dippers and two cokes, she looks at me as if she had taken the order in, says be ready in 20 minutes, I come back and grab the order and ask where are the chicken dippers and she just walks off saying we got them yesterday, which is why we didn't even get our chicken dippers despite paying 35 for what we ordered the previous night, at this stage I'm tiered after a long shift in work and just take the food and walk out still very dissapointed nothing was properly resolved, or disguised about how the driver kept bouncing the calls and not even picking up to one of ten calls, I wouldn't have actually cared to much about the chicken dippers but the fact that there was absolutely no social distancing or a manager on shift to say to the 8 delivery drives standing inside of the shop to place a mask on their faces as they are the rules, there was one tall driver standing over me shouting and waving his hands in the air, I'm sure this wouldn't go down to well if an inspector was to walk into the store and see drivers without masks and not even behind the counter away from the public customers that would walk into the shop, iv never had this experience with any other dominos located around the dublin area but this was the first to try Raheny and trust me when we say...

Overall it's good pizza, and I'm usually reasonably happy in general. But their system has my address stored incorrectly and I can't change it because of the way their system makes you choose whatever they have preset, so I always write the correct instructions in the "driver instructions" section. But every single time I order, the driver doesn't read these instructions and goes to the wrong address, but then usually calls me so it's not too big a deal. But the other night the driver completely ignored the driver instructions, then arrived extremely irate and rude, complaining that the address isn't on Google maps and that he'd been driver around for ages, and that he gets paid by the drop. If he followed the driver instructions, and entered those correct details, it IS on Google maps. This was the 2nd pizza to arrive that night. The first pizza arrived and was missing most of the toppings I ordered. The 2nd pizza that arrived was also wrong. I asked for garlic and they put double garlic, according to the info on the label, but there was actually so much garlic that the pizza was disgusting. It was a really bad experience on...

Used to be my favourite but recently someone keeps dumping a bunch of black olives on every order despite me ordering online and never selecting olives - there's also been a couple of completely incorrect orders. I think they've changed the sauce they use as well, as my most recent order's sauce looked and tasted completely different and honestly was really not good at all. It's also very frustrating that some pizzas are only available in one size, and some toppings are exclusive to a specific pizza and can't be added to others e.g. I can't put soy strips on a vegetarian pizza, only on one specific vegan pizza. It's not terrible, just disappointing that they've really been going downhill the past while.
