Four Star Pizza Ranelagh — Local services in Dublin

Absolute worst take away I have ever had. My first and last visit. Ordered a meatball marinara sub and was expecting a sub with some large meatballs on a soft sub roll with plenty of sauce and cheese just like the picture or similar to Subway. To say the least it was extremely disappointing. It was a toasted baguette with a bare minimum scraping of sauce which was completely tasteless and the meatballs…. They were literally the size of kidney beans with about 5 or 6 of these tiny excuses for meat balls scattered through the baguette and no taste in them whatsoever. I’d have been better off crossing the road to Tesco and buying a fresh baguette for .39c and bring it home and toasting it. It definitely would’ve tasted far better. First impressions are everything and won’t be wasting any more...

They take very long to give the food, despite a simple order and other people ordering after and getting serviced first. Very hostile atmosphere that you’re not sure if they have really got your order because so many after gets served beforehand. Unsure what the system is but it didn’t seem fair and I ordered a very simple pizza that took more than 25 mins despite a non busy shop at the time. Multiple people looking at you doing nothing which never feels good when you’re waiting for food. I could see my food on the counter for 6 minutes before someone gave it to me. Simple things would make this plan productive but for now I’d presume demand...

Pizza showed up over an hour after ordering and I was made stand in the cold snowing weather ringing the shop to try and figure out how the delivery driver was being payed. Absolute joke of a situation and food showed up cold aswell. Will never even consider ordering from here again. Not far from ringing for a refund for unedible food due to the coldness of the food that showed up. Avoid if you want...
