Ordered a pizza online for collection but payment didn't go through first time so went to pay again and it went straight through, when I went to collect I was told I hadnt paid and needed to, I was confused as I had what looked like a receipt which it turned out not to be but the way the girl was speaking to me was totally unnecessary, then when I said I was having card issues (new phone and not set up, hence having attempted to pay online) and would need a minute to sort it out I was watched like a hawk and barked at at every step, until the payment went through, even then i was snapped at to "look at your phone" when it needed approval my end, one girl was lovely and laughed when I explained originally but this girl was rude, snappy and totally unprofessional, I hadn't eaten it nor was even anywhere near the pizza and when I did pay (at exactly 20.42, due to collect at 20.40) the pizza was cold. Not only was the whole experience awful, but the pizza was cold and tbh not very good but maybe that was the taste left in my mouth after all that. Doubt...

It’s good enough pizza. 3.5 would be more accurate but it definitely doesn’t warrant 4 stars.

Having tasted a lot of pizza around Dublin recently out of different “recommended” takeaway restaurants I tried this one after it appeared on my Instagram flaunting their banoffee pie. The pizza is quite bland, and fairly standard.

It’s nothing special, doesn’t stand out from any other pizza place. I created my own 9.5 inch, got a cheesy garlic bread, and a very small piece of banoffee pie to share with my partner and the delivery all came to €36 which I felt was expensive.

The banoffee pie - despite being plastered all over their social media, is quite poor. The thinnest biscuit base, with basically all cream on top, the odd slice of banana thrown in.

The cheesy garlic bread which was recommended by another reviewer, was just pizza base with melted cheese and far too much garlic oil. The entire cheese topping slid off the top of the bread, and the garlic was...

Rua's pizza and their chicken tenders are exceptional. We normally order the hellfire with extra toppings and sticky bbq chicken tenders and from a taste perspective it cannot be beaten.

The reason I have down rated it though is the inconsistency of getting what you ordered.

Last time we got a margherita pizza (which should have been a hellfire) with extra toppings which was a disappointment given we ordered plenty of extra cheese already, ha ha.

Often the chicken tenders come with a scanty amount of sauce or indeed the wrong sauce. They are still very nice but ultimately disappointing given how good it is when they get it right.

The dip has not been given on a few occasions too.

60% of the time the order is correct and the quality of that 60% makes myself and my partner regular customers. I really just wish we could guaranteed a high level of consistency of product. When the order is right, Rua are the best takeaway food restaurant. When it isn't,...

I had a fantastic time here with my family! The beef burger was incredibly juicy and flavorful, easily one of the highlights of our meal. The calm, inviting atmosphere made it easy to relax and truly enjoy the experience. The king prawn starter was a standout, served with fresh garlic bread that was simply perfect. We also tried the honey chicken wings—something new for us—and they were absolutely delicious. This place has also become our go-to spot for a lovely dinner together as a couple. The pasta is always perfectly flavored, and the margarita pizza is outstanding. One of the best parts is how customizable the menu is—we added prawns on top of the pizza, and it was amazing! Whether it’s for family meals or date nights, this restaurant delivers every time. The quality, flavors, and ambiance truly make it the best Italian spot in Phibsborough. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend this little pizza cafe. Having ordered takeaway multiple times, this was the first time we decided to dine in. Hellfire pizza is an absolute favourite. It comes loaded with peppers and chilli. The pizzas come in two sizes. They also do thin crust on request. The Prawn and Porcini linguine is fresh and flavourful. The portion size can easily be shared between two people. Tiramisu is a must try. The service is quick and there is ample space for indoor and outdoor seating. A definite try if you’re in the area for good pizza and pasta.

So disappointed, I'm shocked at the delivery service and how they care about there customers, it took over an hour to get food and was freezing cold, it's not like it's cheap food, it's a expensive restaurant, I spent €35 for pizza and chicken wings and they gave them to me cold while I'm only 10 minutes away from there, I expected high quality food and was left with disappointment, stay away from this place, it will ruin your Saturday night like it did mine, thats all I was looking forward too
