Really poor service, I ordered online and it wouldn't let me put it the address so I chose one in the same estate and put a note that had the address I wanted it delivered to. I also called them to let them know that it was supposed to be delivered at that location. They told me that it was no problem and that they would call me before they left to re-confirm. Happy that they understood my note in the online order, I waited and am currently still waiting for any update. The online tracker is stuck on quality check and after an hour I rang them only to find that the order had been sent out and no notification was given to me at all. I explained to an understanding employee that I had ordered an hour ago at that stage and that she'd sort it out. This order was for my staff and the workday ends at 15:30pm . I made the order at 13:22pm, it is now 14:43 and no update has been given. Poor communication amongst the staff members. I would have preferred for them to tell me if they did not understand rather than agree with what I was saying without actually understanding what I asked of them. Kept trying to ring the phone, they pick up and a recording is played but no one has answered me since my second call after the hour.

Update: 15:05 Finally got my order after asking for a refund. Uncanny timing, no? I expressed my annoyance on the call I received from the driver but did not yell or raise my voice. He told me that there's no need to be angry and talk the way I was talking even though I was only highlighting that his lack of communication with his team members has nothing to do with me as he's tried to make it seem like it did when I told me the situation with him saying "how was I supposed to know what they said?". Considering they work together and it's their responsibility to communicate, it's quite rude to try spin in on me especially since they definitely had time with how long it took to get any update from them. I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza, hoping for a delicious meal, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. To start with, my order was completely wrong – toppings I specifically requested were missing, and instead, I received a haphazardly assembled mess.

Adding insult to injury, the pizza itself was burnt beyond recognition. It seemed as though it had been left in the oven far too long, resulting in a charred, unpleasant taste.

The customer service response to my complaint was lackluster at best, with minimal acknowledgment of the error and no offer of compensation or replacement.
