Very very poor accessibility here. Attended a mother's day dinner with my brother and mum on Saturday evening and was shocked. At time of booking we noted that a member of the party had mobility issues and a visual impairment. We were seated at a high table and when we requested to move to a lower table we were told there were no other tables available. Following the meal, my brother who has mobility issues and uses canes and a guide for assistance sight to use the accessible toilet. Firstly we were asked to wait to access it while the server removed items which had been stored in it, I'm unsure what items they were. Secondly to access the toilet my brother had to be assisted up several steps and through the smoking area to access the toilet. The access to the toilet area itself was occupied by six wheelie bins which I had to assist him around and there was a door open to a large cellar which had I not been there to guide him away from ge most certainly would have fallen into given the poor lighting. When I asked the sever what they would offer for an alternative to using the steps she indicated that there was a side entrance or rear entrance from the street but this was not available or offered to us. On return to our table I struggled to hold the door open to get back in from the smoking area and none of the servers/ manager standing at the till who watched the struggle approached to help, it was actually another customer who approached us to hold open the door. It is important to note that we were provided complimentary drinks due to the embarrassment and inconvenience my brother had to ensure throughout seeking access to the toilet. This was our second time in, returning after really enjoying our first vist and wanting to show it to family. We brought my mom for Mothers day. The venue itself is so lovely. My husband had the pulled pork burger and myself and my mother had the brisket. It was all very nice and ejoyable. My brother got the huevos rancheros but sadly it was very dissapointing as it didnt come out hot and normally you would get a bit of spice off this dish but it was very bland. We requested hot sauce but they didnt have anything without mayo in it. My daughter had wings and was very happy and my other daughter requested the bangers and mash which didnt come with gravy. I didnt know you could offer Bangers and Mash on a menu without gravy? When requested they told us "no" and that they didnt do gravy with the sunday menu. We spent 170.00 with tip included in that and honestly I don't think we will go back over the service of food and drink. We ordered coffee's and cocktails which the espresso martini was not great and quite bubbly and the grasshopper was not like the photo on intagram and not well balanaced with the mint. They also took a very long time to come to the table. Maybe they were short staffed that day so we didnt want to complain. Great venu, shame on the let down of the food this time.

More vegan options should be available on the brunch menu, people may be vegan but they dont...

Went here with my wife last night, our first night out together in over a year. Started off ok, we were booked in for 7:15pm and were shown to our seats. It's a really nice place with lovely decor. But after the starter things started to go downhill with the service, particularly with our server.

I ordered the steak, which is the most expensive item on the menu. It was barely luke warm when it arrived. I also had to ask our server for cutlery as no new cutlery was provided after the starter... So that left the steak getting even colder.

After that we never saw him again. Nobody came to check if everything was ok, or to see if we needed anything else, or to take a dessert order. After we finished our mains I was sitting there without a drink for 15 - 20 mins.

We were hoping to enjoy our meal and stick around for a few drink afterwards to enjoy our night out and soak up the vibe of restaurant dining post lockdown, but eventually just asked someone for the bill. Even then we weren't asked if everything was ok. At no point during the evening did we see a floor manager walking around to check everyone was being looked after ok.

I'd like to say that the food was delicious, at least the kitchen staff know what they're doing. Just a pity the front of house staff let the rest of...
