Insomnia Coffee Company - Navan Town — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Navan

I was in insomnia in Navan and at first when I walked in the staff ran to the counter as they were sitting with their friends drinking their own coffees which I assume they didn’t pay for. This left me with a bad first impression as the staff were laid back and unprofessional. After I ordered they returned to customer seats and continued to eat and drink the shops goods. In the time I was there drinking my coffee I estimate they had at least two coffees which they made themselves. This was very unprofessional and I didn’t like the experience I would advise the manager take a look at cctv and see what his employees really get up to during working hours. Furthermore the friends who joined them weren’t drawing pictures at their table like some sort of children and using the electricity to charge their phones. This isn’t very appealing for customers as assume their friends done them a favour by the ont then their coffee for free meanwhile I paid €5.90 for mine. Searched all week for a great coffee shop and finally found Insomnia! Explained all week at various stops that we liked an espresso base with a dash of foam and Marta & Zeljka finally made it happen for us! Delicious! Real coffee, real espresso. Most of the other places are using machines that they press a button and everything is mixed in and the same drink just in different sized cups. This was a true four shot (double) macchiato! Insomnia offers some nice treat options too and lots of coffee options. Clean & tidy, great location beside the shopping center. Marta & Zeljka are a delight and take such pride in working here. Beautiful coffee in a cozy spot in the centre of town a stone's throw from both the cinema and the shopping centre. Beautiful modern chic with plenty of room. Offering delicious sanwhiches toasted or chilled, or even toasting the already chilled ones and offering service that is personal and enjoyable. Also offering a loyalty system which will compete with the nearby Costa and Coffee Mine.
