Bought a fruit cake with apple in it and it is the nicest tea cake I’ve ever eaten. It is great value at €6, you’ll get about 12- 14 slices out of it, I scoffed 2 slices before I took the photo, lol. Been baking 40 years and this cake is as fine an example of good Irish baking as you’ll get.
