The Viking Triangle — Attraction in Waterford

Took us a while to realise this is an area of Waterford, rather than a specific spot on the map! The triangle is a historical section of Waterford that was walled and fortified.

There is a model outside Reginald Tower on the water front (pictured) that shows it, and from there, you can get an idea of what the triangle actually is.

There's also an old section of the wall that has preserved inside...

Waterford City has so much History. I highly recommend walking around to see for yourself. My son and I enjoyed the King of the Vikings ( it's a must). Book online to avoid disappointment.
