Bontá del Corso Assisi — Local services in Assisi

After touring Assisi, we stopped by this cute little store and wine shop because my wife saw the wonderful Canoli's displayed in their front window. We discovered they also served food. Our server was wonderful and brought us some wonderful Truffle oil cheese slices which were part of our meal. He then made us delicious Panini's. I had a Flea Birra which was very good, it is served in an beautiful thick bottle, very tasty. My wife walked over to the Cannoli display and chose a chocolate one, I chose a Pistachio one. They were really, really good. I had no idea how good they could be. This shop has a nice selection of wine and other items. It was a nice surprise that we found in Assisi. Very nice wine/food store in the center of Assisi, next to plazza del Comune, Daniel gave us a great wine tasting and introduce us to wonderful local products, we were very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism, also we were able to buy and ship home(for a very reasonable price) some wonderful wines. Great torta al testo with Prosciutto di Norcia, high-quality ingredients and really flavorful. There's also a nice selection of wines and desserts. Unfortunately, there's no indoor seating, so it's takeaway only, but the staff is very kind and helpful.
