actually they have a really good selection, good quality products, but there were no welcoming (like saying helo), also somehow the shop has a really cold atmosphere. All these would not be 2-star rating problem, but one of the employee just didnt let me and my girlfriend any private space. He was literally 1 meter behind me, watching me all the time, and wherever I was observing or touching a clothe, he immediatly started to pack at those clothes like he had anything to do there. If I went to the other corner he just stopped packing and followed me, without any kind of acting like he is not following 😂😂 so after a few minutes we just laughed with my girlfriend and told each other (in our language), that all right thats really annoying and embarassing, lets leave this shop, and guess what, he still followed us till it wasnt sure that we are already out 😂😂 of course they didnt say any goodbye (actually we said), but thats not really the problem. Though they have really good stuff, I was considering to buy a shoe for winter because there are really good shoes, but couldnt even get to the end it was so funny and frustrating he came after us always that we left. And no, its not because we looked sus, we are tourists and always dressing from vintage shops, thats how we found that place too. Anyway guys you have good stuff but dont persecute and chase out the customers to be that...

Vergognoso. Siamo entrati semplicemente per guardare, e un ragazzetto dall’aria inutile ha iniziato a seguirci ovunque come un’ombra, appiccicato a pochi metri di distanza, senza dire una parola, solo per controllarci. Nessun benvenuto, nessuna cortesia, solo sguardi sospettosi come se fossimo lì per rubare. Ma di cosa avete paura? Che vi rubiamo l’aria viziata che c’è dentro? Il personale è chiaramente incompetente, zero esperienza in vendita, nessuna empatia e neanche lontanamente capace di far sentire a proprio agio un cliente. Se pensate che controllare la gente in silenzio come agenti segreti mal riusciti sia “assistenza”, siete fuori strada. Consiglio spassionato: se avete così poca fiducia in chi entra, forse non siete fatti per lavorare con il pubblico. Aprite un magazzino, non un negozio. MAI più. Sconsigliato sotto ogni punto di vista e per favore finitela di rispondere alle centinaia di recensioni che si lamentano di ciò, dicendo che questa specie di inseguimento a mo di psicopatici malati è solo un modo per rendersi disponibili, è chiaro che l'atteggiamento è voluto il che fa ancor più pena. ps. è vero che non siete bershka, zara etc (come avete fatto notare in un una risposta) ma non siete nemmeno Prada gucci e compagnia bella ne tutto ciò che sta 30 passi al di sotto, il vostro cliente medio ha 14 anni e la paghetta settimanale. suvvia, dateve na calmata e imparate a non far sfigurare tutta la vostra...

He never failed to bring an option or size and make us feel like the most stylish person in the world. The vibe inside the store was immaculate as well. We could spend all our money there.
