Divani&Divani by Natuzzi — Local services in Bergamo

Our sales person was very nice and we found something that we liked very quickly. We signed and we’re confidently told that the couch would be ready at the end of January (2 months later) which was fine because we didn’t have guests coming and thought it wouldn’t matter. We called at the end of January and we’re told that it would be a few more weeks… we waited 2 more weeks and called again, only to be told that the problem is that the material is on back order and that it was handwritten that it could be 60-120 days for the couch to arrive. When we inquired about changing the material to something that is readily available, we were told that it would add an additional 45-90 days onto the time for the couch to be ready… why wasn’t this information shared 2 weeks before or when the information was available that the material was on back order so that we could have made an informed decision about the couch? We’ve been 2.5 months without a couch and I’m not impressed by the service we have received from such a large company. Not to mention the fact that we still don’t have a couch and are now looking at another 1.5 months without one… if you purchase a couch here, be prepared to not be provided with information and to wait the full amount of time, regardless of what...

Abbiamo apprezzato la competenza nell' aiuto a scegliere il divano più adatto a noi e all' ambiente destinato a collocarlo. Il problema che avevamo avuto con la registrazione della garanzia ci è stato risolto in un batter d'occhio. Ci ha accolte Simona, la quale si è prodigata in quattro per spiegarci e consigliarci quale tipo di divano e tessuto potevano adattarsi alle nostre esigenze.
