Decent but not great selection of products and some sad looking produce that's past its prime...the entrance is hard to find...and the service is pretty poor (the last time I went with a friend..the deli counter woman was not friendly and seemed unhappy to be working....the really amazingly bad service moment came at the register...when the cashier practically threw our change and receipt at us....she seemed like she really didn't want to be working there....my friend who was visiting from Portugal couldn't believe how unbelievably rude the cashier was). Decent place that's open late but once the OVS closes you have to negotiate a treacherous exit on a stopped elevator or steep driveway into a carpark. Prices on the shelves are often wrong and we get charged something different at the cashier, I had to go back and get my money back when I was overcharged. Also if you are brown, prepare for the security guard to follow you around for about 30 minutes.. I even had my daughter with me, and it made us so...

Supermercato nel cuore del centro cittadino, molto comodo sia coi mezzi che con auto (dispone di un parcheggio al piano superiore e fermata di praticamente tutte le linee appena fuori dall'ingresso). Accesso al piano interrato, dove è ubicato, con scale, scala mobile ed ascensore ( quindi accessibile a chiunque). Orario prolungato che permette una spesa comoda anche per chi esce tardi dal lavoro. Personale sempre molto disponibile,sorridente ed attento a risolvere piccoli disguidi. Scelta di prodotti sufficientemente ampia rispetto alla metratura dei locali (ovviamente non si può pretendere la varietà di un ipermercato).Notevole la scelta di mettere i prodotti in scadenza con sconti dal 50%al 70% di sconto: disponendo di un congelatore si possono acquistare parecchi prodotti di qualità a prezzi particolarmente contenuti o irrisori, salvaguardando il portafogli. Interessante anche la scontistica e le promozioni periodiche. Unica pecca (ma è una considerazione strettamente personale): scelta piuttosto limitata e spesso mancata disponibilità riguardo alimenti di alta qualità e altro per animali. Concludendo: promosso...
