Nulla da eccepire sulla qualità del brand Patagonia, il giudizio negativo è strettamente legato alla scelta di questo specifico esercizio commerciale di non emettere un buono regalo in caso di reso.

Nel dettaglio sabato 19/11/22 ho acquistato un articolo per fare un regalo; lunedì 21/11/22 sono tornata in negozio per chiedere un buono, dal momento che la persona a cui avevo dato il regalo possedeva già l’articolo da me acquistato, ma il commesso mi ha negato l’emissione del buono dichiarandomi che “è una cosa che non fanno volentieri”.
