Wow! This store is absolutely amazing! Their product is amazing and their employees are even more amazing than that. Ibtissam helped me and she was absolutely incredible!

This is my favorite store in the entire world. I stumbled into a Benheart store in Rome back in 2016 and bought a Jacket. It has since become my favorite item I have ever owned. Not only does everyone compliment it but it has withstood the test of time. After all these years it has held up beautifully and only become more beautiful with age. THIS IS THE BEST LEATHER IN THE WORLD!

After years of loving this jacket and a promise to my girlfriend that I would get her one next time I was in Europe, I finally was able to go to the location that started it all… beautiful Florence Italy. I was excited to get a job in Monaco this year and immediately planned to extend my trip and go to Florence just to buy more leather. I took several trains from France and 8 hours later I made it to Florence. The first thing I did was check in to my hotel but then went straight to the local Benheart store. Where I met Ibtissam. She went way beyond and made my experience absolutely beautiful! I ended up leaving with 2 jackets for my girlfriend and a new jacket, shirt and backpack for me. Ibtissam ended up wearing the same sized jacket as my girlfriend so she actually tried on many many many jackets and allowed me to take pictures so my girlfriend halfway across the world in Hawaii could pick out the one she wanted. I have never been treated so well while shopping. She was absolutely the best!

It doesn’t stop there. I was so excited about the experience and my new leather that I left the store and forgot my girlfriends old leather jacket I brought with me to get the sizing right. This was a HUGE mistake as it was a coat I bought for her in Spain and it was the first gift I had ever given her. It is beautiful but nowhere near the quality of Benheart leather, but that did not matter because it was very special to her. I did not remember until I had already left Italy. I called the shop in a panic and Ibtissam was actually the one to answer the phone. She was amazing again and assured me the jacket was safe and sound. When I told her I had already left and couldn’t come back for it she offered to send it all the way to Hawaii and wouldn’t even let me pay for shipping!

As you can see I cannot say more good things about Ibtissam, Benheart and the quality of their product and service. Take it from someone who has loved one of their jackets for over 6 years, THIS IS THE BEST IN THE WORLD! My girlfriend and I will love all of our leather for the rest of our lives and we know they will last that long. I have a feeling they will still be in perfect shape when handed down to our grandchildren one day! Haha!

Now I have to bring my girlfriend back to Florence to hopefully meet the beautiful, kind and amazing Ibtissam along with buying even more leather haha! The only thing left is on the next trip I hope to meet Ben. I want to tell him personally how amazing his company and products are! He has an incredible story and I am sure must be an incredible person. I know you don’t know me but THANK YOU BEN!

The Most Exceptional Experience – Thank You Benheart Florence 💖

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of discovering Benheart during our recent trip to Florence, and what a treasure it was! From the moment we walked into the boutique, we were greeted with the warmest smiles and genuine hospitality from Niccolò and Lara. We didn’t know the brand before, but thanks to them, we’re now truly in love with it.

They went above and beyond to help us find the perfect items - three stunning pairs of shoes, a gorgeous belt, and a beautifully crafted leather jacket. The quality of the leather is exceptional, and every single piece feels both timeless and personal. The care and attention we received from Niccolò and Lara was truly unforgettable. They didn’t just help us shop, they made us feel seen, welcome, and part of the Benheart family.

The deal they gave us was incredibly generous, but more than that, the experience was something we’ll never forget. We’ve honestly never received this level of service anywhere in the world. It felt like a true Italian moment - style, passion, heart, and connection.

We are so happy we discovered this amazing brand, and we can’t wait to come back to Italy and visit again. We live in Miami and wish there were a boutique closer to us, but until then, we’ll be loyal fans from afar.

I was in Florence this past August and stopped into Benheart’s other location. It was an amazing shop and I particular remembered a brown leather jacket with Maradona on the back and told myself I had to come back. Now, I am studying abroad for the semester and came to this location. Immediatley upon walking in, Ben greeted with the utmost kindness, respect, and joy. The atmosphere was truly incredible with great selections of all items leather, fantastic music, and most importantly great staff and people. Ben and I talked for a while about everything from boxing to Tim Duncan to Philadelphia (where I’m from) restaurants. We shot a few shots on the basketball hoop, and he even offered a discount if I made the shot (which I did :)). He picked out a beautiful black leather jacket for me to try on, which I ended up purchasing. If you haven’t read about Ben and the brand, he has a truly inspiring story. This was the most memorable shopping experience of my life and without a doubt the most memorable experience I have had in Florence. Benheart is a must-do if you are looking to experience stylish leather and an amazing shopping experience. I can’t recommend...
